Charley is amazing! On 1/24 I went by the office hoping to see a maintenance technician to help me with a clogged toilet. Charley was there and since it was not an emergency situation, just a horrible inconvenience, she agreed to help me unclog my toilet. Not only did she unclog it, she also replaced the float that was on the verge of breaking. I truly appreciate her help!! She provided excellent customer service and is also an amazing plumber!! Ray and his new assistant did an amazing job repairing the leak in my bathroom. They were very knowledgeable and got to work immediately to take care of the problem in a timely manner. Every time that Ray has assisted with an issue in my apartment he has always been extremely professional and engaging. I have my house for sale on the market and have been looking for a luxury apt in the Northeast Heights area. After visiting and walking thru 12 properties I have picked out La Ventana as standing out above the rest. Apart from the spacious upscale apartments with the right ammenities such as pool,gym,and community center, what stood out was the way I was treated by the informative and friendly staff when I was shown the property and the different layouts there. Jaqueline, Angela, and Ray were cordial,patient and informative when I asked my many questions concerning property rules,pets,parking, and security. The concern they show for the contentment of their residents was obvious.

I have been looking for an upscale property to downsize from my current house that I recently put on the market. After looking at 12 different properties in the Northeast Albuquerque area I am sure that my preference will be La Ventana Apartments. The most notable difference to me was the way I was greeted and treated by the office staff of Jaqueline, Angela and Ray. I was shown various floor plans and informed of their commitment to keeping their residents content. They took the time to answer my many questions concerning apartment maintainence,parking and security. I am looking forward to leasing my apartment there in the near future.

I have lived at La Ventana since late 2013 and have been glad to be here. In a large apartment complex, maintenance and office staff are one of the most important factors since it is inevitable that a problem will arise. It is easy to submit a maintenance request online and maintenance staff are quick to take care of it. Office staff is friendly and responsive and very helpful in taking care of questions, problems, and any business matters. It has been almost a year now that the coronavirus has upended what used to be normal life and I have been amazed at how the staff somehow manages to keep everything functioning properly when they deal with so many issues. My two-bedroom unit is the best layout I've ever seen: remarkably open, lots of natural light, plenty of ways to arrange your furniture. The apartment grounds are attractive, spacious, and well-cared for. Depending on the apartment location, you may have a beautiful view of the Sandia Mountains. Sunsets can be wondrous. If you are a hiker, you will want to explore. For me, the location could not be better because trails on the lower flanks begin just minutes from the apartments. Runners, walkers, and cyclists all have much to enjoy. A useful shopping center is across the street: not too big, not too small. You may even see a roadrunner darting around the apartment grounds!
