Like here for 3 years (2022-2025). Great place to stay. Allows big dogs, near many dog parks. Friendly staff that is very helpful. Gloria does an amazing job managing and responding to customers. Richard is very quick and excellent with maintenance request. Definitely recommended this place to others at work.

5 STARS ALL AROUND
Thank you so much to La Ventana Apartments for providing me with 2 years of wonderful living! The apartments were quiet and clean and well maintained. Never had issues with neighbors or management. Gloria was always helpful and welcoming to me if I ever needed something. Ray and his team were fantastic and really go the extra mile to provide excellent service. 10/10 all around. Edward helped make the move out process smooth and transparent. This whole team deserves a raise for all their hard work and dedication to this apartment complex, and for making it such a pleasant home.

Great Staff and quick service
My wife and I just moved in and had a great experience getting our apartment leased. We came in from out of state and only had the morning to sign our lease and leave our hotel. Jayla on zoom showed us the apartment and had everything ready as we arrived! Jayla, Gloria, and Edward all teamed up to get all of our paperwork done and get us moved in! Highly recommended! Great complex, clean, quick maintenance response, and friendly staff!
