Happily surprised when Richard and Ray knocked on my door. I had just requested the light bulb replaced for my kitchen overhead a couple of hours earlier. Turns out I needed two bulbs replaced, not just the one I requested. Thanks to Richard and Ray

The Maintenance Team, headed by Ray always does a great job! Ray, and Daniel, part of the team, delivered my trash can right away. I never have to worry knowing Ray will be there right away!😊

My family and I have lived here for about 7 months. We love the quiet, safe neighborhood. The amenities are amazing! We have a pool, hot tub, gym and a really cool BBQ/hang out area near the pool. The maintenance team is also very friendly. Ray is amazing! Fast, personable, and professional. He always has a smile and goes out of his way to say hello!
