I stopped by the Office to schedule maintenance on a clogged drain. Richard came down and fixed it right then. They are all so great here!

I called in for an emergency repair. Richard returned my call right away, showed up within 15 minutes, and had my door repaired within 5 minutes. He also took the time to assist me with another issue that was not urgent. I know I must have pulled him away from his personal time because this happened between 8 and 9 PM. You would not have known it by the way Richard responded. He was upbeat and happy and professional. I’m very impressed by the way this community is treated by the management and maintenance team. Thank you so much, Richard!

I put in a request to service my outside light in the morning and it was done by the time I got home. Wonderful service!!
