Maintenance here is the BEST! How many apartment dwellers can say THAT? Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, caring, honest, and they treat you like family. And if an issue happens to be challenging, they don’t shrug you off, make some excuses, and then forget about you. They go figure it out and come back the same day or the next, regardless of how minor the problem is. They are one of the reasons I renewed my lease here!

The maintenance team at La Ventana is incredible! (Especially Ray!) they are efficient, friendly, and always eager to do as much as they can to help! The office staff is also super attentive and willing to answer any and all questions! We love living here!

Ray, the maintenance tech, is the greatest-friendly, accessible and attentive to all maintenance issues. Keeps the place running.

Great Management, Lion was very helpful and extremely informative when it came to the details. Gloria the manager is an amazing leader and very knowledgeable about the property. Maintenence crew its the best ive have seen in years. Overall a great experience.

Everything was clean and ready for me. The manager was very helpful and had everything ready for me to pick up, sign, and he even stayed for a little to help with an issue with my movers. Really felt welcomed and cared about.

Ray showed up quickly. He could tell by my description on the phone that this needed immediate attention. Although it was 1am, he was kind, patient and efficiently solved the problem. Because of this, I was able to sleep easy.
