Ray is amazing â¦.. period . The staff have gone above and beyond to accommodate my requests and concerns. The beginning was a little rough , Iâm not gonna lie â¦.but the manager Reina is an amazing leader. Every time I go to her for something , she is on top of it and explains to me in detail how she is going to help, fix, and address my needs. The grounds here are so beautiful and well kept. I love how quiet and peaceful my surroundings are . Thank you La Ventana Staff for going above and beyond to make sure my family feels welcomed, secure, and happy! What a Hidden Gem!
Nice apartment complex to live at. The maintenance gents that work here are super helpful, knowledgeable, and reliable. The management staff was also very helpful, professional, and kind to me during my time living here. The neighbors are all watchful for each other, and it's generally a quiet area of town. I'd stay here again if I was in the market for renting a nice apartment.

Richard was very helpful in getting our new lock installed and friendly.
Notified the apartment personnel of no water pressure in the shower/tub area. They responded within 30 minutes. The maintenance person was very professional and knowledgeable of the problem. He repaired it in about 10 minutes and checked to make sure I was satisfied with the solution. I was. Thank all of you for your services and quick response.
We appreciate Ray, our maintenance guy, very much. Any work order we've put in has been taken care of in a timely manner, he is personable and takes care of the apt community.
